    Follow-up visits are focused on ongoing care and typically last 45–60 minutes, depending on your child’s needs.

We believe clarity helps create a smooth experience. These FAQs cover our cancellation policy, payment and billing details, communication methods, and insurance information.

  • We ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments result in a $75 fee, as this time is reserved specifically for your child.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all credit/debit card payment through our secure client portal for your convenience.

    We also accept cash and check.

  • We provide straightforward, self-pay billing and can supply detailed receipts upon request for your records.

  • We do not participate with insurance plans. This allows us to provide longer, more individualized sessions without insurance limitations. Families may choose to submit receipts to their insurance independently if they offer out-of-network benefits.

  • We communicate through our secure client portal and email for non-urgent questions, scheduling support, and important updates to ensure clear and efficient communication.
